We are delighted to host you at The Jefferson Hotel, Richmond's grandest hotel and one of the finest in America. As part of your invitation, complimentary accommodations, meals, curated local experiences, and transportation during the workshop will be provided.

Monday October 26th - Welcome Reception: 6:00pm - 9:30pm

Hotel Check-In: 4pm EST. Connect with peers in the grand Rotunda at TJ's Bar & Lounge, located within The Jefferson, enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to kick off the summit.End the evening with a tour of Richmond to learn more about the unique (and sometimes eerie) history of the city.

Tuesday Oct 27th - Skill Agility Summit: All Day

The Summit Workshop brings L&D leaders together for a full day of insight, collaboration, and hands-on learning. Explore the latest trends and challenges through TED Talk-style sessions and a special keynote, collaborate with peers during focused roundtable discussions, and participate in Skill Agility workshops designed to deliver actionable strategies. The day will also look ahead at how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping the future of L&D, followed by an evening of curated dining, local Richmond experiences, and a few enchanting surprises.

Wednesday Oct 28th - Farewell Breakfast: 8am

Wrap up the summit with breakfast at Lemaire, celebrating new ideas, connections, and strategies to move forward. Hotel Check-Out: 11am EST

Hotel & Transportation:

Do I need to book my own hotel?

No! We have a room block, so if you RSVP'd to our invite then we have secured your hotel room for you.

Will transportation be included to and from the airport?

We are happy to schedule a shared car service to the hotel. If we have not already reached out to you regarding this, please email Emily Mansfield at EmilyMansfield@unboxedtechnology.com.

Will transportation be available during the event?

Yes! We will make sure to include all transportation during the day of the workshop.

Welcome Reception: Elevated Casual

-What is elevated casual?

An "elevated casual" dress code means a look that blends comfortable, casual clothing with dressier elements, often achieved by incorporating quality fabrics, tailored fits, and refined details, while still maintaining a relaxed aesthetic; think nice jeans with a blazer, a textured knit sweater with tailored trousers, or a collared shirt with a stylish skirt, where the key is to look polished without being overly formal.

For the welcome reception, should I eat dinner prior?

We will have heavy passed appetizers and stations, however, please feel free to eat dinner if you so choose! We will have a wide variety of foods.

What’s for breakfast?

Breakfast will be available at Lemaire, as well, we will offer a few breakfast options in the office Tuesday, the morning of the workshop.
