Lacy Thompson is the Director of Learning & Innovation at Unboxed Technology. Lacy leads innovation efforts on our existing products and works to bring new training products to market. With a Masters in Creative Writing and background as a teacher, Lacy has a wide range of experience leading the development of training programs for Fortune 500 companies, many with a focus on sales. She’s excited to bring Unboxed’s proven sales training expertise and fun, creative approach to ReadySet.

Content Strategist

Melissa Lewis brings her skills and experience as an eLearning Specialist to Unboxed Training and Technology. She has a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and over 10 years of experience in curriculum and instructional design. Melissa has used her love of instructional methods to develop a wide array of learning experiences as a high school teacher, college faculty member, and corporate trainer where she led efforts to design digital training for the government.
